A Gender-responsive Deterrence Model of Intervention that cultivate positive thinking & development, pre-release planning and responsible action for incarcerated women returning to the community of Franklin County and surrounding counties in Ohio.
THE RAP PROGRAM
A Strengths-based & Gender-responsive Intervention Mentorship Model of Services that reduces risk factors and endorses protective factors for incarcerated girls & female youth ages 10-21 years old.

THE REBIRTH INITIATIVE
A Barrier Reduction Model of Services to equip and empower older youth ages 18-24 who are/or at-risk for justice involvement through resiliency and positive youth development training, mindset renewal, and the facilitation of transformative change.
